Distal valgus and antecurvatum deformity in a short tibia.
(a) TrueLok Fixator in place with wire-bearing rings. Distal osteotomy for progressive correction of deformity; proximal osteotomy for lengthening. Caution: Resect at least 1 cm of fibula.
(b) Correction and lengthening.
