Short femur with diaphyseal deformity or non union.

(a) LRS ADVanced (53000 series) fixator in place with Micrometric Swivelling Clamp distally.

(b) Distal osteotomy; distal clamp loosened; acute correction of deformity, Caution: Correct translation. Compression of non union between middle and distal clamps. Proximal osteotomy for lengthening.

Use of HA-coated screws is recommended.
