(b) Initial distraction with ProCallus Fixator with Straight Clamp on humeral screws and T-Clamp on temporary proximal ulnar screws.
(c) Elbow Fixator in place; joint distracted and mobilized after rest period.
(d) Post-operative range of movement increased immediately following operation and further by physiotherapy.
