(a) 53000 series fixator in place with Multiplanar Clamp proximally; osteotomy performed.
(b) Initial lengthening by Callotasis to stretch soft tissues slowly.
(c) Acute shortening and angular correction by callus manipulation.
Use of HA-coated screws is recommended.
