Intramedullary nail in situ. Locking screws proximally, only. Midshaft osteotomy. LRS ADVanced (53000 series) in place.
(b) Lengthening at osteotomy site.
(c) Lengthening complete; nail locked distally and fixator removed.
Caution: Resect at least 1 cm of fibula; distal syndesmosis screw.
